Westward Ho!

>Tomorrow morning I fly to Colorado Springs to attend an antiquarian book seminar (http://www.bookseminars.com) for an entire week. Affectionately termed “boot camp for booksellers,” it’s also a place for librarians and collectors, since many of the sessions bear directly on topics that a rare book librarian or a collector of antiquarian books needs to know. I will be blogging about this every day, both on this blog and on http://www.abebooks.com/blog/.

Unfortunately, I will just miss a book signing by my favorite scifi/fantasy author (Lois McMaster Bujold, see http://www.dendarii.com) on Monday, at The Book Rack in Ft. Collins, Colorado (see http://www.bookshopfortcollins.com/NASApp/store/IndexJsp), a scant 100 miles away . . . which in New England would be far, but in Colorado it’s just down the road.
