Sewing Circle

I am pleased to say that the first 100 copies of Issue #2 of Occasional Nuggets has been hand-sewn, rather than stapled. Three of my generous subscribers (Phoebe S. Bean, Louise Moulton, and Susan Newkirk), all members of the Rhode Island Center for the Book (http://www.ribook.org/), donated their time to sew them, so that our subscribers could have a hand-bound copy (the second 100 copies are staple-bound). Works like these are always a team effort, and the product is the more meaningful because of it.
